The most critical component in the production process of your ad lies in making sure that copy, logo, picture and text that is sent to our art department is of the highest quality possible. If we are not supplied with proper materials we cannot possibly reproduce your requests at the high standard necessary to ensure a great product. At Infinity Print Group we work with several specialized vendors for specialized printing processes.  Please consult with your Account Executive for what artwork is preferred for the printing processes you are requesting.

The MOST IDEAL means of reproduction will be original, digital artwork. Sending in faxes of photos is simply unacceptable. Faxes should only be used for verbiage. Please make every attempt to supply us with DIGITAL FILES.

File types accepted are (in order of preference):

Sending in pictures embedded in Word Documents is unacceptable. Word documents should be for verbiage only.  Embedded images in a Word File are generally not at a resolution acceptable for printing or duplicating.

We cannot enlarge photos that are already digital. If we do so, they will be incredibly blurry. We cannot take photos from your web site unless the photo is very large and very clean on your site.

Please note that all artwork should be sent to info@infinityprintgroup.com . Please include the name of your business in the subject line and/or the body of the email.  Please send as an attachment and not embedded into the Email.  Also, if necessary, you can send a compressed (zipped or stuffed) file.

IPG can also create or recreate artwork. If artwork is sent in to us in an unacceptable format and you do not have the software to create in the accepted formats, we can recreate your artwork at a set up charge to be determined by complexity of project.  Please talk to your Account Executive about creation of customized artwork for your project.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You will receive notification from your Account Executive with specifications, quotes and other necessary communications about your project.
